Venture Capital Valuations “Declined Across All Deal Stages” In Q1 2019

Last year ended with a bang for the venture capital market. According to the Q4 2018 Cooley Venture Financing Report, deal volumes and aggregate dollars invested at the end of last year, reached "historical highs," but the elevated level of activity did not continue on into the first quarter of 2019.
