New York City-based Southpoint Capital Advisors, started by an ex Greenlight Capital Partners executive, is delivering a relatively difficult feat for investors, one that goes often unrecognized. The Long / Short hedge fund, up 12.7% year to date, is beating the Russell 2000 benchmark. But this isn’t the achievement.
