Institutional investors are displeased with the hedge funds they invest in but are still willing to allocate funds to the sector, that’s according to JP Morgan’s 2017 Institutional Investor Survey of Hedge Fund Investors a copy of which has been reviewed by ValueWalk.
The survey has aggregated responses from 234 institutional investors representing approximately $750 billion in assets under management in hedge funds. Respondents include banks & platforms, consultants, endowments & foundations, family offices, fund of funds, insurance companies, and pensions.
