Will we soon be seeing Hillary Clinton vs. Carl Icahn? That could be the case, as the Democratic presidential hopeful preps to put the spotlight on activist investors later this week.

WSJ reported on Monday that Clinton is expected to lay out a package of tax measures in the coming days. The major proposal she plans to make is a revamp of capital-gains taxes that would impose higher rates on some short-term investors.

Her plan would create a sliding scale with at least three new rates, a campaign official told the publication.
