After Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen said in a letter that she would not provide information relating to a Congressional subpoena issued by the House Financial Services Committee, the action is being termed as “resistant to accountability” and characterized as “unacceptable and disturbing” by a congressional staffer on that committee.
