New HSBC Hedge Fund Rankings Start 2015 With Familiar Trend

One strategy unusually dominates the top ten list as the early start to 2015 looks a lot like 2014

It’s a new year for hedge funds, and opportunity to turn the page and start fresh with yearly performance. The tally of the HSBC Hedge Fund ranking starts with an all new slate of hedge funds – and seldom does a hedge fund category repeat as the top performance generator year over year.

While the slate is fresh, the HSBC performance rankings are starting 2015 where they left off in 2014 – with managed futures dominating the top ten list. The only difference this year, this far, is the total absolute dominating grip managed futures has on the top ten.
