As Judge Henry Boroff appears to be inclined to release as many confidential documents as possible in the GT Advanced Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:GTAT) bankruptcy trial, GTAT has delayed a challenge to a court order keeping details of the case private. GTAT could face a $50 million damages award if they violate confidentiality agreements it signed with Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL).
After sorting through “confidential” documents, Judge Boroff told Apple lawyers he is “having some difficulity” in understanding what documents should remain confidential, The Wall Street Journal is reporting.
Making the process simple, the Judge implored Apple to “tell me what it is that you think can hurt Apple Inc....
