As market environments change, certain hedge fund investment strategies naturally fall out of favor.

Hedge fund strategies in a negative territory

Many hedge fund strategies ended the week in negative territory, noted Philippe Ferraira, head of research for Lyxor Asset Management’s managed account platform.  Managed account platforms such as Lyxor’s, allow sophisticated investors to access hedge fund strategies in a liquid, safe and transparent format.  Many hedge fund investments are non-transparent and often not liquid.  The platform also provides advice on hedge fund selection and analysis of performance going forward.
