Up More Than 20 Percent YTD, Yost Capital Outlines Thesis for Ibotta, New Hybrid Short Strategy

In the third quarter, Yost Partners gained 4.2%, while Yost Focused Long funds gained 10.9% net. For comparison, the MSCI World Index returned 6.4%. Year to date, the funds are up 20.4% and 27.4%, respectively, outperforming the MSCI World's return of 18.9%.

Short book update

In his third-quarter letter to investors, which was obtained by Hedge Fund Alpha, Carson Yost said their third algorithmic strategy went live in the Yost Partners short book.
