Are there any companies out there that can take on Amazon? Infamous short-seller Marc Cohodes believes there's one: Overstock.com.

At the Fall Grant's investment conference, Cohodes presented his long case for Overstock.com, a retailer that he believes has what it takes to fight Amazon.com effectively and is underappreciated by the wider market.
