The Roubaix Fund Composite returned -0.16%, outperforming the Russell 2000's -1.49% return. Year to date, the fund is up 9.15%, slightly under the Russell's 10.39% gain and compared to the S&P 500's 19.53 jump.

Roubaix's strategy

Roubaix seeks to benefit from structural inefficiencies in small caps, especially those with a greater dispersion of returns, lower sell-side coverage, and limited buy-side crowding. The firm believes all of those enable it to generate alpha on both the long and short sides of its portfolio.
