Martin Shkreli, at times, seems like a lost soul just looking for some love and attention. At other times he appears like a calculating shark perhaps knowing that his over the top behavior is so over the top at attracting the national spotlight it might make him a little untouchable. The indicted pharma executive and defiant Congressional witness made an offer on Twitter to purchase the latest album from Kanye West for his private enjoyment – and it was an offer Kanye apparently could, in this case, refuse.
