This story was actually scooped last night by Mario Gabelli on Twitter and we promptly realized the signifigance and RTed it. It was not reported by the media today, if i was less lazy the second Gabelli tweeted i would have contacted Omega for confirmation but alas it was not to be so anyway we have confirmation from WSJ and BBG and also below as we obtained a copy of the letter.
