Two Sigma’s John Overdeck Invests Money in These Funds

Many hedge fund managers are known to give to charity, and some do so through their own foundations. One of those is John Overdeck of Two Sigma Investments. He serves as president and chairman of the Overdeck Family Foundation, which he uses to dole out millions to worthy causes.

According to the 990-PF filing for 2023, which was filed in November 2024, the Overdeck Family Foundation had $827.1 million in assets at the end of the year. Those assets were invested in a number of funds and stocks.

Stocks

According to the 990, the Overdeck Family Foundation owned shares of the Vanguard 500 Index Fund Admiral fund, Broome Strategies and Recursion Pharmaceuticals.
