DG Capital Value Fund Returns -0.3% During Q2

DG Capital in their report about their Value Fund informed their investors that the fund returned a negative -0.3% during Q2. Equity investments delivered 53% of the gains, while the remaining 47% came from the funds credit-oriented investments. Funds delta adjusted net exposure was at 45% towards equity, and 43% to credit.

According to Gertzulin, the CEO of DG Capital, their value fund equity portfolio has a return potential of 113% net, while debt holdings offered a weighted average yield maturity at a rate of 11.4%. Debt holdings have a capacity of 28% for returns, while on the combined basis the portfolio presents an upside of 63% net.
