There is a nice mix of funds that goes back many years. We focus mostly on equity and detailed analysis of investment theses related to common equity, but we cover all asset classes and different categories of funds and managers: macro, bottom-up, systematic, CTAs, etc.
Please note we are not affiliated with any funds listed nor is this listing an endorsement of any fund. Readers should do due diligence before making any investment and we are not a broker-dealer.
If you would like to get listed please email us at info(@)hedgefundalpha.com. There is no charge for any listing. Everything is meant to add value and information. However, we do not accept all requests. To ensure quality and trust, you must be registered with FINRA or your local equivalent.
We do not accept individual traders, but a manager who invests money on behalf of others. On that note, you do not need to strictly be a hedge fund, per se. If you manage SMAs or the like, that is also acceptable, although there is no guarantee that this will result in acceptance. This policy helps us maintain a high standard for the funds we feature and ensures that our readers receive credible information. You must be registered with FINRA or your local equivalent although there is no guarantee that will mean acceptance.
The list is biased towards fundamental long/short value oriented funds and emerging managers, but we consider all sizes and strategies.
