It is good to have friends in high places, just ask Jon Corzine. And now you can also ask Steve Rattner who only a few years ago got an SEC ban (nearly life-time one) from from the securities industry is back at Guggenheim! Of course, it could be that there is no connection to his high profile role as the Auto-bailout Czar as the SEC did NOT place a life-time ban back in 2010.
