George Soros is a well-known philanthropist who has donated billions of dollars to organizations around the world. He’s involved with two foundations, the Soros Fund Charitable Foundation and the Open Society Institute, now known as the Open Society Foundations.

Part of how Soros makes some of the money his foundations receive is through investments, and we can learn some interesting details from looking at where his foundations invest.
