For comparison, the HFRI hedge fund index posted a second-quarter gain of 0.8%, while the S&P 500 gained 3.4%.
Year to date, Corsair Capital is down 2.7% net, while Corsair Select is down 4.5% net. The HFRI hedge fund index is up 1.2% year to date, while the S&P is up 2.7%.
