Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE:BRK.A) (NYSE:BRK.B) will have to pay $896,000 for its failure to notify the regulators ahead of its decision to change its convertible notes into 28% of voting securities in USG Corporation (NYSE:USG) last December, reports Maria Armental for The Wall Street Journal.
