Robert Shiller gives a 45 minute speech in which he talks about his new book, Finance and the Good Society. In the book Shiller argues that rather than condemning financial industry, it would be better to reclaim it for the common good. After introducing his thesis in the book, Shiller talks about the problems facing the economy, which still linger.
