In the U.S. economy wage growth, a key measure of real economic health, is showing signs of life, employment remains strong and “the elusive ‘bounce’ in data has emerged,” according to a Balyasny Asset Management (BAM) investor letter reviewed by ValueWalk.  Such may be music to U.S. Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen’s data dependent ear, as one of the world’s top noncorrelated hedge funds finally sees economic activity picking up in both the U.S. and Europe.

The question is: what does this mean for U.S. interest rates?
