Barclays Says Buy European Stocks On QE, Valuation

As the ECB came in slightly above expectations, revealing a new 60 billion (euro) per month U.S.-like stimulus program that will likely have the impact of increasing select asset prices, a day later Barclays is upping its exposure to stocks in the region, an asset class projected to be the primary beneficiary of the stimulus program.
