Uber’s CEO and South Korean operating unit indicted
An Uber spokeswoman revealed that Kalanick and Uber’s South Korean operating unit were indicted by the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office for violating a law prohibiting individuals or firms without appropriate licenses from providing or facilitating transportation.
