BitTorrent Calls Lynton Bluster, Offers To Distribute "The Interview"

Sony Entertainment CEO Michael Lynton has made several conflicting statements regarding the distribution of “The Interview.” At one point he said the studio would not distribute the movie in any format. But that stance slowly changed, with Lynton and his staff later indicating he was willing to consider alternative distribution methods, but that no major video on demand service “has stepped forward and said they are willing to distribute this movie for us.”

Now, BitTorrent is challenging Lynton by offering him a pay distribution option for the movie that portrays the assassination of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
