Top Places To Work In Asset Management Have Ethics, Perks, "Nice People"

In 2014 the top places to work among large asset management firms, according to Pensions and Investments magazine, were companies that had an ethical outlook, generally offered traditional asset management products and employed "nice" people.

Principal Financial Group top the asset management firm list

Topping the list of the best large firms to work was Principal Financial Group Inc (NYSE:PFG), which provides retirement services and traditional plain vanilla equity-based investment options and traditional insurance products. The company offers annuity investments, also known as principal protection products that afford their commission-based salespeople a strong fee-generating product.
