Quindell PLC (LON:QPP) (OTCMKTS:QUPPF), the diversified services provider that makes a fair amount of its income from using technology and streamlining the ambulance chasing legal process, has run into a court case that apparently requires human revision.
Quindell's case against Gotham shows misunderstandings
The Financial Times Dan McCrum is reporting that court papers it obtained in Quindell’s libel case against Gotham City Research show a little misunderstanding regarding the employment of Louise Tracey Terry, Quindell’s “Finance Director” and wife of one time Chief Executive Officer and company founder Robert Terry. The court papers also claim that Gotham caused Terry to lose 159 million pounds, or $253,917,435 million USD.
