Officials at the University of Minnesota have sent a text alert warning students and others on the West Bank of the Twin Cities campus to seek shelter, reporting that a person armed with a gun was seen at Anderson Hall.
At 3:20, the university tweeted:
#UMN alert: person possibly armed seen in Anderson Hall. Please shelter in a safe place until additional information is available.
