The 2025 Sohn Hong Kong Conference is in the bag, but we've got a few manager features left up our sleeve. In an interview with Hedge Fund Alpha, Thea Jamison of CHANGE Global outlined her strategy and how she came to enter asset management.

Like all the other Sohn speakers we interviewed, Jamison was thrilled to present at the 2025 Sohn Hong Kong conference.

"I love the opportunity to bring attention to investment opportunities in the emerging markets," she said. "And it doesn't get better than the Sohn Conference, which gathers thoughtful investors from all corners of the world. To top it off, I get to support the meaningful mission of the Karen Leung Foundation. It's a win-win!"

Jamison was excited about this year's speaker lineup, especially the emerging managers who were featured during the Next Wave segment.

"I like to keep my hand on the pulse of everything new and exciting, but I also like to help unique fund managers as they take on the path of entrepreneurship," she added.
