Seth Fischer is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Oasis Management, an international investment manager headquartered in Hong Kong that invests globally across capital structures. Mr. Fischer founded Oasis in 2002 following a seven-year career at Highbridge Capital Management, where he managed the firm's Asian investment portfolio. A proponent of corporate governance reforms across Asia, he is a frequent speaker on economic and investment panels.
