Exome Asset Management's Emerging Markets Healthcare Partners fund declined 5.6% net in February, resulting in a total realized and unrealized loss of about $4 million. The fund started the month with 61 positions, including single stocks and exchange-traded fund short positions in 14 countries. The fund ended February with 67 positions across 15 countries.
