DG Capital's Value Funds declined 5.1% during the third quarter. With class performances ranging from -5.03% to -5.15%, the value fund's year-to-date returns by performance class ranged from -27.53% to -27.81%.

DG Capital's Concentrated Strategy was down 7.6% for the third quarter, with Class C falling 7.57% and the Offshore Fund declining 7.64%, capping year-to-date declines of 41.32% and 41.53%, respectively.

The HFRI Distressed/ Restructuring Index declined 1.39% in the third quarter, while the HFRI Event-Driven Index was down 0.39% for the third quarter for a year-to-date decline of 7.73%. The Credit Suisse High-Yield Index was off 0.44% for the third quarter, resulting in a decline of 13.8% year to date, and the Russell 2000 is down 25.1% year to date after...
