The crypto asset management world is still reeling from the collapse of Three Arrows Capital, but one crypto fund manager has a far less risky way to trade cryptocurrency than just buying it outright. In fact, the strategy limits volatility so much that it makes a long-term Sharpe ratio of 2.0 possible.

That's double the long-term Sharpe ratio of a typical bitcoin investment and significantly better than the average ratio found in the equity markets, which ranges from 0.5 to 0.7.
