South Point Capital Is Prepared For The End Of Speculative Behavior: Q2 Letter

Southpoint Capital was up 3.2% net for the second quarter, underperforming the S&P 500's 8.6% return and the Russell 2000's 4.3% gain. The HFRI Equity Hedge Index was up 5.1% for the quarter. On a year-to-date basis, Southpoint Capital is up 5.7%, compared to the S&P's 15.2% gain, the Russell 2000's 17.5% return and the HFRI Index's 12.3% gain.
