Vision Capital Sees A Positive Outlook For REITs And REOCs In 2021

Vision Capital's Vision Opportunity Fund was up 1.9% net for 2020, outperforming the MSCI U.S. REIT Index's 7.6% decline and the S&P/ TSX Capped REIT Index's 13.1% fall. Vision was up 4.1% net for the fourth quarter compared to the MSCI U.S. REIT Index's 11.5% gain and the S&P/ TSX Capped REIT Index's 12% increase.
