DG Value Partners is winning big with gambling stocks

DG Value Partners had a strong third quarter. The fund's legacy class was up 11.85%, while its Class A gained 10.99%, Class B was up 11.12%, and Class C gained 14.29%. DG outperformed its benchmarks as the HFRI Distressed/ Restructuring Index was up 2.77%, while the HFRI Event-Driven Index was up 4.31%.

During the third quarter, the fund's equity positions were responsible for about 75% of its performance, while its credit investments contributed the other 25%. As of the end of September, DG Value Funds had a net exposure of 66% equity and 34% credit.
