Saba Capital has been picking up closed-end funds at some deep discounts. In a recent presentation, Boaz Weinstein’s $1.9 billion fund highlighted just one of the three main strategies it follows. Saba has been investing in closed-end funds since October 2015 and has $620 million in assets under management in the strategy.
