Regulatory investigation revealed

It was revealed late last month that the fund is under investigation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Equity Trustees ordered that ASX-listed Regal be halted due to an investigation by ASIC on "an undisclosed issue." Regal management confirmed the probe in a statement.
