The 2019 winning charity bid on eBay for lunch with Warren Buffett was $4,567,888.  This was the 2oth annual lunch with Warren Buffet to benefit the Glide Foundation and it set a new record, exceeding the previous highest bid of $3,456,789 in 2012. There were only 4 bidders who submitted a total of 17 bids in this year’s auction.  The winner was crypto pioneer Justin Sun.

He has also launched a Smith School “Warren Buffett” blog. Dr. Kass has accompanied MBA students on trips to Omaha for private meetings with Warren Buffett, and Finance Fellows to Berkshire Hathaway’s annual meetings. He is an officer of the Harvard Business School Club of Washington, DC, and is a member of the investment and budget committees of a local nonprofit organization.
