More and more hedge fund managers are drawing comparisons between today's market and the market of the late 1990s. The latest comparison is from John Moon, founder of Moon Capital, who also questioned the Q4 correction and Q1 rally, expressing skepticism about the simplicity of those two broad-based market movements.
