Crispin Odey’s Recovery Gathers Pace As Gains Hit Double-Digits For 2018; Says “the chickens are coming home to roost”

After three years of heavy losses, it looks as if things are starting to turnaround for vocal hedge fund manager Crispin Odey.

According to a copy of the Odey International Fund (the feeder fund for the Odey Swan fund, which itself is modelled on Odey's flagship fund, the Odey European fund) April 30 update, a copy of which has been reviewed by ValueWalk, Odey International gained 4.24% for the month of April, following a positive performance in March and February.

Even though the fund reported a loss of 3.32% for January, after the February, March, and April performance, it is now up 10.83% a year-to-date.

This is the first time in three years...
