Tables Turned: Snow Park’s Pierce At Center of Sexual Harassment Suit

Snow Park Capital’s Jeffery Pierce is finding out what its like to walk in the shoes of a one-time adversary. Pierce is now the subject of a $2 million sexual discrimination lawsuit brought by a former employee. The situation Pierce finds himself in is similar to that of Bruce Schanzer, CEO of Cedar Realty Trust, one of Pierce’s activist targets.

While there are no known linkages between the two lawsuits, one-time rivals Pierce and Schanzer both find themselves in similarly sticky situations.
