While billionaire investor Warren Buffett historically shunned the tech sector other than one or two legacy names such as IBM, times have changed, as the legendary value investor now sees technology bigwig Apple as a value stock. But just how much does the Oracle of Omaha have to do with the most recent uptick in the tech sector? It could be quite a bit.
