Use Of AI Technologies Growing But Not A Huge Risk To Jobs Yet…

Artificial intelligence or AI is currently one of the hottest trends on Wall Street. Every company is trying to get in on the action of AI Technologies at risk of being left behind.

According to research from CB Insights, throughout the third quarter earnings season, "AI" and "artificial intelligence" were mentioned 791 times on company earnings conference calls, up from 632 mentions in the previous quarter, making it one of the most cited terms among companies. There were less than 100 mentioned in 2014 and 2015.ai technologies

Digging deeper into the data, CB Insights has also noticed that there's been an increase in mentions of specific AI applications and techniques over the past 12 months. More on both of these trends here.
