Trump Advisor Scaramucci Steps Down And Sells SkyBridge Capital To RON And HNA

Skybridge Capital announced this morning that it has signed a definitive purchase agreement with RON Transatlantic EG and HNA Capital (U.S.) Holding for a majority stake in the firm. Law firm Seward & Kissel LLP represented HNA Capital (U.S.) Holding in connection with this deal. A press release with more details can be found below.

As part of the deal, SkyBridge founder, Anthony Scaramucci, will step down from his role as co-managing partner and will no longer be affiliated with SkyBridge, effective immediately.

The Seward & Kissel team on this deal was led by partners Jim Abbott, Craig Sklar, Gerhard Anderson, Anne Patin, Marlon Paz, and Counsel Julia Spivack and Keri Riemer.
