Bank Reform coming under the next President? Not so fast...

After the Trump Administration tackles its top priorities -- border security, economic reform and healthcare overhaul – a Barclays report anticipates that “Wall Street” financial reform is next on the agenda. The November 14 report titled "Trump’s “Dismantling” of Dodd-Frank" is "skeptical" the strong Trump campaign rhetoric addressing Wall Street issues will result in meaningful new regulation. The Barclays analysis comes as a 2014 speech by Trump White House Strategist Steve Bannon comes to light pointing to what might be an aggressive approach to law and order on Wall Street.
