If Hillary Clinton were elected, talk turns to not only a December hike, but June enters the active discussion as debt ceiling negotiations could get contentious, a report from Bank of America Merrill Lynch points out. Not only that, but a Clinton victory brings into office a weakened US President that might also point to difficult debt ceiling negotiations.
