UDF Funded Investigation Clears Firm of Fraud

A UDF funded investigation into charges of fraud at the firm, mandated by the firm's independent trustees, have cleared the real estate investment vehicle of wrongdoing.

United Development Funding conducted by the Dallas office of Thompson & Knight has not revealed any wrongdoing at the firm, a UDF press release said today. The company that had come under fire from activist investor J. Kyle Bass and is on the radar of federal investigators said today that no wrongdoing was done at the firm.
