Are negative rates negative? As European Central Bank President Mario Draghi attempted to whisper sweet nothings in the ear of the markets, it was a brief mention at the end of the press conference that interest rates were not going lower into negative territory that sent pampered markets into a tizzy.  In this negative environment, Macro Allocation Founder and Chief Strategist Paul Brodsky thinks it’s time investors prepare for this unconventional world by being the one who “drive(s) the steamroller rather than to pick up nickels in front of it.”
