Martin Shkreli, the disgraced and indicted one-time hedge fund manager, pharmacy price gouging CEO and rap music aficionado, is now apparently a man who has a rare disease. After testifying in front of Congress this morning, Shkreli’s rare condition of smirking when Congressional questioners asked him if he understood the real human impact of his decisions.
